TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a Vietfacemall.net's product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vietfacemall.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vietfacemall.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Vietfacemall.net shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

TERM; TERMINATION

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vietfacemall.net without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Vietfacemall.net may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Vietfacemall.net.

COLOR ON THE INTERNET

While Vietfacemall.net has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. If you have questions about specific colors, please contact us at sales.vfmall@gmail.com  and we will get back to you right away with information to help you select the colors that are right for you.

RETURN POLICY

Under certain circumstances, return or exchange may be made by contacting customer service. If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at (888) 314-3775 or sales.vfmall@gmail.com before returning your product. We open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm in PST.

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements as described below, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE.

All goods must be received in their original package, and must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. We DO NOT accept returns on products that are used or tampered with, and the merchandise will be returned to you. If for any reason we feel that a good has been used or tampered with, a refund will not be issued. Refunds at all times and without limitation are at the discretion of Vietfacemall.net.
Please call us at (888) 314-3775 if you have questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged.

When a product has been authorized for a return, the customer will be reimbursed for the product and taxes. Vietfacemall.net does not credit back on shipping. Special order item sales are final and cannot be returned for credit. Service parts are not returnable. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of a returned product in its original condition and following inspection, a credit will be issued (to your credit card) with the exception of all shipping charges or duties. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. When a refund is issued we will e-mail a confirmation. We suggest that the packaging that you received you order in be used for return of products and a shipping company that can track packages be used.

We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery." Vietfacemall.net shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. At our discretion Vietfacemall.net may reimburse shipping charges related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES please ask the service representative issuing your return authorization for clarification.

PRICING & TAXES

All prices are in US Dollars. Vietfacemall.net is required to collect tax on all goods shipped within California.

SHIPPING

When purchasing products on Vietfacemall.net, you have various delivery options. We make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within the specified time frame, however we are not held responsible for late deliveries.

We make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Vietfacemall.net is not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied with to your shipment.

USE OF SITE

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Vietfacemall.net or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
